I was lucky enough to be on The Mall for the processions, and amongst the crowds in front of Buckingham Palace for the balcony kiss!
Sir David Attenborough hosted an inspiring evening with experts in ape conservation in the heart of London’s West End, including a panel discussion chaired by conservationist Mark Carwardine.
Speakers included Chanee (Aurélien Brulé), Dr Birute Galdikas, Dr Jane Goodall DBE, Ian Redmond OBE and Dr Jo Thompson

At the 2006 Chobham Festival, Red Priest bowled the audience over with their exciting and colourful performance of music from the Baroque era. This brilliant ensemble of players is now famous throughout the world for breathtaking music making, especially through their ‘Pirates of the Baroque’ programme.
This new programme includes music by Vivaldi, Couperin, Albinoni, Handel, and Tartini, and ranges from Albinoni’s celebrated Adagio to Vivaldi’s wild ‘Sea Storm’ Concerto.
Thursday 30th September 2010, at the Chobham Festival, the Loveday Singers brought Chobham St Lawrence church alive for the start of the Flower Festival.

The Royal Harmonics, based in Windsor, are one of the U.K.’s top male a capella choruses, and the 2008 British Barbershop Chorus Silver Medalists. Under the direction of John Palmer, the group sings a wide variety of music spanning pop classics, jazz/swing, barbershop, gospel, songs from the shows and classic ballads.
